Sports information specialists from around the world will convene in Beijing next month, focusing on the 2008 Olympic Games.

Almost 200 experts from over 70 countries and regions will gather to offer information and technical support for the Beijing Games.

The quadrennial meeting, to be held from May 18-22, marks the first time that it's held outside Europe with a record-breaking number of participants.
