Greece will sign a cooperation contract between the Security Studies Center (KEMEA) and the Chinese Olympic Games Organizing Committee.
This was announced by Greek Public Order Minister George Voulgarakis Wednesday in the Parliament.
The agreement is expected to be signed on September 25th in Beijing during Voulgarakis' visit to the Chinese capital.
He stressed that this contract "involves a very significant economic benefit for the Center."
The Greek government, in late June, approved the draft bill on the post-Olympic use of security expertise gained during the Athens Olympic Games.
