Chinese international, Qu Shengqing, has scored his first goal in the Australian League which helped his side, Adelaide United, post a 2-1 win over Perth Glory.

The 29-year-old striker scored the winner at the 66 minute mark, four minutes after entering the match as a substitute.

The win helped Adelaide cement its place at the top of the A-League.

Qu, 1999 Footballer of the Year, joined Adelaide from China's Super League club Shanghai Shenhua this March. He is contracted to play for the Australian side for one year.
