Beijing's super center Mengke Bateer has topped the CBA All-Star ballot with 132,291 votes. The All-Star weekend will be staged in Shanghai on March 18-19.

Nearly 200,000 people cast their votes for the domestic league's All-Star game scheduled for March 18th and 19th in Shanghai.

Shanghai organizers plan to make the All-Star weekend into a grand festival for basketball fans.

The CBA's international players have all failed to make the All-Star team, though some of them will appear in the slam dunk contest.
