Chinese women's football team has climbed one spot up at the latest FIFA world rankings.

China now ranks 8th at the table thanks to their recent execution at the Algarve Cup tournament.

European and World champions Germany still lead the tally with the US 30-point behind. Norway and Brazil remain as the third and fourth powerhouses.

France has also jumped from 7th to 5th while North Korea dropped from 6th to 7th.
