Tickets for the 2008 Olympic Games will be available for purchase in Hong Kong from Tuesday, the China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Ltd (CTS) announced yesterday.

As the official ticket agent of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, CTS said ticket reservations will be accepted from June 5 onwards, including those for the opening and closing ceremonies as well as all other events.

According to CTS, all Hong Kong Identity Card holders may reserve and purchase the tickets. Each person can book up to 4 tickets per session, except for the opening and closing ceremonies where each application will only be allocated a single ticket. For Equestrian events held in Hong Kong, each applicant may reserve up to 10 tickets per session.

The CTS website contains details about ticket prices, as well as their handling fee that has been allowed by BOCOG.
