Beijing Become Hot as Summer Near

Beijing experienced the hottest day so far this year on Monday after temperatures climbed to hit more than 35 degrees Celsius, according to the city's meteorologists.

 

At Tian'anmen Square in central Beijing, the temperature exceeded 35 degrees Celsius, while temperatures near the airport reached 37 degrees Celsius.

 

A shower is predicted for Tuesday evening. Temperatures are expected to stay below 30 degrees Celsius until the end of the week.
