Sunshine and the beach, and lots of ways to enjoy your holidays in any season, as well as impressive facilities in the largest Scientific Sea Water Spa in Europe are only a few features that have turned the Spanish Mediterranean resort of Marina d'Or - Ciudad de Vacaciones into a tourist paradise.

The constant influx of tourists has led the resort to open and enlarge its tourism offices, where highly qualified professionals provide information about Marina d'Or - Ciudad de Vacaciones and about the new project, Marina d'Or Golf.

Qiu Xiaoqi, the Chinese ambassador to Spain, visited Marina d'Or last year and had the chance to enjoy himself at the Scientific Sea Water Spa and in the many restaurants. He described the facilities in Marina d'Or as exemplary and unique.

It is an established fact that anyone who visits Marina d'Or - Ciudad de Vacaciones always returns for a repeat visit. Tourists from all over the world have already bought apartments in the first and second rows from the Mediterranean Sea.

Apartments in Marina d'Or - Ciudad de Vacaciones are fully furnished, have two or three bedrooms, one or two bathrooms and a parking space. These apartments can be used not only as second but also as first residences. They also include facilities such as swimming pools and children's playgrounds.

The apartments are surrounded by wide commercial and sports areas where one can practice traditional sports like tennis, squash and mini-golf, as well as water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, jet skiing and scuba diving, among others. Further, the wide variety of restaurants and night entertainment spots all around provide tourists with ample choices to organize personalized holidays.

In May 2006, Marina d'Or inaugurated an office in Beijing, where almost a hundred people make enquiries everyday about the sale of apartments and the facilities in Oropesa del Mar, the city in the Spanish province of Castelln where Marina d'Or is located.
