Flood peak hits SW China

The Minsheng Square beside the Yongjiang River is flooded in Nanning, capital of southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Oct. 9, 2011. Nanning saw this year's biggest flood peak on Oct. 8 due to continous heavy rainfall from Sept. 30 to Oct. 7.
