Residents battle their way through heavy snow in Kansas City, Missouri, the United States, Feb. 21, 2013. A massive snowstorm keeps slamming the Plain states of the Untied Sates for days on end, dumping as much as 17 inches of snow in some places Thursday, disrupting traffic and flights. [CFP]
