5.3-magnitude quake hits Reykjanes Ridge

An earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale jolted Reykjanes Ridge at 22:28:59 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10.00 km, was initially determined to be at 55.5465 degrees north latitude and 35.0581 degrees west longitude.
