Central Europe flood waters rise

Large parts of Central Europe have been pelted with heavy rains for the last few days, with more rain in the forecast through in the upcoming days.

Emergency operations are under way in Austria, Germany and the Czech Republic.

The Czech capital, Prague, is on high alert amid fears that floodwater could swamp the city.
