A building site is flooded in Gaoluo Township, Xuan'en County, Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of central China's Hubei Province, June 6, 2013. Torrential rainfall made parts of Enshi flooded on Thursday morning, and a total of 513 residents have been evacuated. [Photo/Xinhua]
