A house remains flooded due to the heavy rains, in Nezahualcoyotl, State of Mexico, Mexico, on Sept. 7, 2013. The heavy rains registered on Friday in the State of Mexico, affected the municipalities of Nezahualcoyotl, La Paz and Chimalhuacan where many houses were flooded, according to the local press. [Photo/Xinhua]
