Vehicles carry people in a flooded avenue in Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico, on Sept. 17, 2013. The airport remains closed and the national flights have been canceled, due to the flooding reaching a height of 4ft 11in, caused by the rains generated by the hurricane "Ingrid" that has been degraded to storm, in the Gulf of Mexico, and the tropical storm "Manuel" in the Pacific. The airport is expected to be functional again on Tuesday night, according to the local press. [Photo/Xinhua]
