Flash floods hit Mayang Miao Autonomous County, Huaihua City, Hunan Province, on July 14, 2014. About 720,000 people from 240 townships in Hunan Province were affected after torrential rains and floods hit central China’s Hunan Province on Monday and Tuesday.
