Namibian police say they have found 34 rhino carcasses in the country in January and February this year.

The rhino carcasses were found during an aerial search last month.

Twenty-nine of them were found in Etosha Game Park, which is home to the biggest rhino population in the country. The other five carcasses were found at a private farm.

It brings the number of rhino carcasses found in Namibia since last year to 80.

DNA tests are underway to establish whether the rhinos were killed or they died of natural causes, police say.
