When was the CPPCC Charter amended?

The first amendments were adopted at the Fifth Plenary Session of the Fifth CPPCC National Committee on December 11, 1982.

The second set of amendments was adopted at the Second Plenary Session of the Eighth CPPCC National Committee in March 1994.
