S Korea Urges Sincerity for Progress in Nuclear Talks
Adjust font size:

South Korean chief negotiator Chun Yung-woo Friday morning urged all sides to show sincerity to narrow the difference and make progress in the six-party nuclear talks.

"Weather we can make substantial progress in the talks depends on what stance North Korea would take," Chun said before leaving for the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse.

He said disputes still exist and all the parties concerned should have further discussions with sincerity.

Sources here said the Chinese delegation would have one-on-one meetings with the other five parties Friday, and the US and North Korea would also have one-on-one talks.
