Brazilian President Arrives in Shanghai

Brazilian President Luis Inacio Lula da Silva arrived in Shanghai Tuesday afternoon to attend the Global Conference on Scaling Up Poverty Reduction.

Lula is on a six-day state visit to China at the invitation of Chinese President Hu Jintao.
