100 grams (0.22 lb) green peppers
100 grams (0.22 lb) cucumbers
2 grams (1/2 tsp) sugar
1 gram (1/6 tsp) vinegar
1/2 gram (1/8 tsp) MSG
10 grams (2 tsp) sesame paste
1. Cut the green into shreds and the cucumbers into sections about
0.3 cm (0.12 inch) thick and 4 cm (1.6 inches) long. Quick boil
them in hot water and place on a plate. Dilute the sesame paste
with 10 g (2 tsp) of water.
Put all the other ingredients and the sesame paste on the green
peppers and cucumber. Mix well and the dish is ready to serve.
Features: Beautifully green and very crispy.
