Ingredients: 
 200 grams (0.44 lb) cauliflower  
 5 grams (1 tsp) ketchup  
 1/2 gram (1/12 tsp) salt  
 1/3 gram (1/15 tsp) MSG  
 50 grams (3 1/2 tbsp) cooking oil
Directions:

Cut the cauliflower into small squares 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8 inch) long
each side.

Heat cooking oil in the wok and put in the cauliflower to stir-fry
for 3-5 minutes. Add ketchup, salt and MSG, and keep stir-frying
until hte ketchup is evenly spread on the cauliflower. Put on a
plate and serve. 
Features: White cauliflower with a light red coating. 
 Taste: Slightly sour and refreshingly salty.
