Innovative products shine at Anhui sci-tech fair

The 4th China (Anhui) Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Transformation Fair kicked off in Hefei, Anhui province, on Sunday.
Under the theme of "Science Leads the Way, Innovation Wins the Future," the three-day fair showcased cutting-edge scientific and technological breakthroughs across diverse sectors, including a large number of high-tech products hailing from the Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone.
At the Future Industry Pavilion, the Deep Space Exploration Lab debuted its cutting-edge tech: a digital Mars design platform, an oxygen production prototype, and a lunar regolith fiber fabrication device.
At the Emerging Industries Pavilion, Jianghuai Frontier Technology Coordination and Innovation Center presented a humanoid robot, which stands at 1.6 meters tall, weighs approximately 50 kilograms, and features 32 degrees of freedom.
Another humanoid robot developed by AnyWit Robotics possess natural expressions and smooth interaction capabilities, with over 30 degrees of freedom in the head and facial area, enabling emotional expressiveness and multimodal interaction.
At the Medical Health and Intelligent Equipment Pavilion, an intelligent massage and therapy robot developed by VSTC can accurately identify acupoints and integrates functions such as infrared therapy and frequency conversion. It has already been used in eldercare and therapy scenarios, and has been exported to many overseas locations.
The USTC Silicon Valley Pavilion showcased over 50 cutting-edge exhibits from 38 sci-tech innovation enterprises, covering 10 major fields including embodied intelligence, commercial aerospace, new materials, and artificial intelligence.
iFlytek showed off its new gadgets at the fair, including an all-in-one meeting hub, AI translation earbuds, and AI glasses. These devices are designed to bring artificial intelligence right into everyday lives.
Since its inception in 2021, the fair has facilitated the signing of 780 sci-tech achievement projects with a total value of nearly 230 billion yuan ($33.7 billion).
