Over the past year, the venue has rolled out 45 distinct series of events, attracting over 3,000 attendees and a host of local enterprises to participate.
Where to live after the 30-day free stay?
Apart from its popular free short-stay program, the Hefei high-tech zone also offers cost-effective apartments tailored for long-term residency. The Quantum Apartment located on Yunfei Road runs 630 move-in ready affordable rental units, sitting right near Metro Line 6 and surrounded by three bustling commercial clusters.
Up to now, the zone has completed the construction of nine rental housing projects with 9,406 units in total, delivering a diversified housing supply that caters to residency demand of different groups.
How to complete the housing process?
Whether for temporary lodging or long-term residency, tenants can complete the full workflow, including contract signing, fee payment, and maintenance requests, via a dedicated online service platform.
Developed as a multi-functional one-stop tool, the platform integrates five core service categories covering transportation, healthcare, culture, and tourism, spanning 20 targeted service scenarios. To date, it has delivered tailored services to more than 10,000 registered users.
