Huŏ guō
火锅
Hot pot

Hot pot is a famous Chinese dish in which ingredients are cooked by the diners themselves in a simmering pot of broth placed on the table. Typically the ingredients include thinly-sliced meat and vegetables and vary from region to region. The food is usually served with range of dipping sauces. In China it is a favorite winter dish.
