Altogether 64 pieces from the Jin (265-420) to Qing (1644-1911) dynasties are on display, offering viewers a rare chance to see such a large collection in one place.

Highlights include The Maids of Honour Waving Fans by Tang Dynasty (618-907) painter Zhou Fang, famous for his paintings of court women.

A very rare Song Dynasty (960-1279) copy of the famous Biography of Women by painter and calligrapher Gu Kaizhi from the Eastern Jin Dynasty (317-420) is also on display.

The exhibition will run through June 15.
