美科学家使两雄鼠“生”宝宝 同性恋生殖有望

       据《每日邮报》报道，美国科学家首创以干细胞技术使两只雄性老鼠产生后代。科学家表示这项新突破可帮助保育濒临绝种的动植物，甚至有一天能帮助男同性恋情侣拥有自己的孩子。

       据今天刊载于《生殖科学期刊》的研究表示，美国德州大学的癌症治疗中心研究所的科学家成功操控雄性（XY染色体）老鼠胚胎细胞，发展出“诱发性多功能性干细胞”细胞株。

       这些干细胞就是所谓的已接受过基因重编，以便成为类胚胎干细胞状态的成人细胞。部分从新细胞株成长出来的细胞会直接失去Y染色体，成为XO细胞。

       这些XO细胞注入到雌性老鼠胚胎并移植到代理孕鼠体内后，就会生下带有原先雄性老鼠X染色体的幼鼠。这些幼鼠长大与正常的雄性鼠交配后，生下的幼鼠无论雄性或雌性，都带有原先2位鼠爸爸的基因。
