A former Royal Navy officer has found "her" new lease of life as a transgender pole dance instructor, the Daily Mail reported.

Natasha Gray, 48, formerly known as David Payne, came out as a cross dresser twenty years ago. But four years ago, the father-of-one became a full-time woman, adopting a new name, getting breast implants and beginning regular hormone treatments.

Natasha, who lives with her 21-year-old son and girlfriend Mary, took up dancing four years ago.

She said: "Pole dancing got a reputation for being sleazy, but it's a form of fitness. The first time I did a competition I was absolutely shaking. But once I got going I lost all sense of where I was and loved it." （点击《每日邮报》查看原文）

海军变性作钢管舞女

       据英国《每日邮报》报道，英国一名前皇家海军士兵如今变身为钢管舞女教练，日前“她”披露了变性后的新生活。

       现年48岁的娜塔莎·格雷，曾经名叫大卫·佩恩， 20年前他公开承认自己有异装癖。但是，四年前，已然育有一子的他决定变作女人，从此改名，接受了隆胸手术并定期注射激素。

       目前，娜塔莎与女友玛丽，及自己21岁的儿子生活在一起。

       四年前开始学习跳舞的她说：“有人认为钢管舞污秽不堪，但它只是一种健身方式。我第一次参加比赛的时候浑身发抖，而一旦投入便忘记身在何处，我喜欢钢管舞。”
