According to Huawei's 2010 annual report, the company spent 30.6 billion yuan on maintaining its colossal staff of 110,000. Last year each employee received an average pay of 280,000 yuan.

More than 40,000 employees in Huawei have received an average 11.4-percent salary increase during the first half of the year, the Beijing News learnt.

据《新京报》报道，今年上半年华为公司有4万多名员工获得加薪，平均上涨幅度为11.4%。
