China's biggest companies have begun an ambitious campaign to advertise themselves abroad, popping up in Hollywood movies and on Premier League shirts, The Daily Telegraph reports. 据英国《每日电讯报》报道,中国的大公司已开始在海外进行颇具野心的推广,开始在好莱坞电影和英超联赛的汗衫上露面。
"Transformers 3" was the latest example. At least four Chinese brands were among the 68 companies who paid to have their products featured in the film. 《变形金刚3》就是最新的例子。68个花钱在影片中做广告的公司中,至少有4个是中国品牌。
In one scene, a commuter sips Yili milk, while the hero of the movie is seen wearing a t-shirt by Metersbonwe. Computers bear Lenovo's logo, while TCL provided flat-screen televisions. 在某个场景中,一位通勤的上班人士吸着伊利牛奶,而影片的男主角穿着美特斯邦威的T恤衫。电脑上印有联想的商标,TCL则提供平板电视。
Meanwhile, Chinese companies are also increasingly experimenting with sports sponsorship. 同时,越来越多的中国公司尝试体育赞助。

Birmingham City football club have a five-year, 7-million-pound deal with Xtep. Li Ning, a sportswear brand, has agreed a sponsorship deal with Sevilla, a football club in Spain, and also provides kits for two other top Spanish clubs.
