|An employee at KFC in Beijing revealed that the oil used for French fries at the branch where he works is only replaced once every four days, and that left-over oil from its fried chicken is reused the day after, the Securities Daily reported Monday.
|According to KFC's rules, a hamburger can only be sold up to 40 minutes after it is prepared. However, an insider disclosed that the KFC operation at which he works keeps uneaten hamburgers on the shelves and only replaces the withered lettuce and applies new sauce.
KFC responded that it will further improve the management and training of its employees.
