A study says pregnant women who eat low-fat yogurt can increase the risk of their child developing asthma and hay fever, BBC reported. 据英国广播公司报道,孕妇若饮用低脂酸奶会加大幼儿患哮喘和花粉热的风险。 
Pregnant women who ate low-fat yogurt with fruit once a day were found to be 1.6 times more likely to have children who developed asthma by age 7, compared with children of women who did not eat low-fat yogurt. 研究显示,与不喝低脂酸奶的孕妇所生的孩子相比,每天饮用一次含有水果的低脂酸奶的孕妇所生的孩子在七岁前患哮喘的机率是前者的1.6倍还要多。
The study also found that the children of these women were more likely to have allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and current asthma symptoms. 研究还发现,这样的孩子也更可能得花粉热,并出现流行性哮喘的症状。
At the European Respiratory Society conference, researchers will suggest this could be due to an absence of protective fatty acids in yogurt. 研究人员拟在欧洲呼吸协会研讨会上发表见解,称这可能是因为酸奶中缺少了具有保护性的脂肪酸。

But the study also showed that milk intake during pregnancy was not linked to any increased risk of asthma. In fact, milk was shown to protect against asthma development.
