A YouTube video showing a Russian therapist Lena Fokina flinging a baby as young as two weeks has shocked millions around the world, the Daily Mail reported.

Fokina has now confirmed she hopes to bring the craze, which gets babies to do spinning and somersaulting moves, to the UK.

Many viewers believed the moves must have been performed on dolls but the 51-year-old says they are definitely real babies and she has been practicing the techniques for the past 30 years.

While most of the babies were left screaming in tears or vomited during or after their session of "baby dynamics", Lena insists it is for their benefit.

The qualified PE teacher, said: "It's very good for babies and not dangerous at all. Some babies cry at first, but they begin to enjoy it." （点击《每日邮报》查看原文）

       据英国《每日邮报》报道，一段视频在YouTube网站震惊了数百万网友，俄罗斯一位治疗师莉娜·佛齐娜将仅两周大的孩子抛入空中。

       她双手抓住孩子的腕关节和踝关节做旋转和翻筋斗的动作。莉娜表示，她想要把这一时尚锻炼方式传入英国。

       许多观众认为她做这些动作时只是抓了一个玩具小娃娃，然而今年51对的莉娜称，这些都是真的婴儿，这种锻炼技巧她已经训练了30年。

       尽管，经过一段时间的“婴儿动感运动”训练，大部分宝宝在锻炼期间或之后还是会尖叫流泪，甚至呕吐。莉娜仍然坚持这种锻炼是对孩子有益的。
