When can guide dogs get access to public facilities in Beijing?

As the world marks International Guide Dog month, which begins in April each year, people in China are trying to raise awareness on the need for more guide dogs.

In the capital Beijing, there are only 7 guide dogs for the city’s 60,000 plus blind residents. And on top of the low numbers, guide dogs are denied access to public transport and public places.
