Chang Jing 6, one of the country's largest trailing suction hopper dredger, is to be launched in Nantong, east China's Jiangsu Province, Dec. 3, 2009. With a cabin space of 13,280 cubic meters, the dredger of Changjing 6, with China's proprietary intellectual property rights, will be earmarked for dredging and hydraulic filling on the coastal ports and Yangtze River's navigational routes, in addition to coastal maintenance projects.[Xinhua]
