Local residents walk in heavy rain in Hefei, capital of east China's Anhui Province, July 11, 2011. Heavy rain hit Hefei on Monday, causing waterlogging and affecting local traffic. The provincial meteorological station has released a yellow alert warning against heavy rainstorm in the next six hours.
