Dozens of Chinese led by Cai Chenghua, president of the Chinese American Federation in California, demonstrate in front of the Japanese Consulate in Los Angeles on July 12, 2012. They chant slogans to protest against Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda's decision on the Diaoyu Islands. They also want to submit a letter of protest to the consulate.
