Workers build power towers on the Bayankala Mountain Pass on Nov. 6, 2012. It is the highest section of the 330-kilovolt project, which is expected to start operating in June of next year. The completion of the project will connect the isolated grid in the Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture with the main grid in Qinghai Province.
