A librarian strokes the hair of Li Fuming, who has no sight, at a reading room for the blind in Gansu Library, Lanzhou, Northwest China's Gansu province on Nov 21, 2012. The Gansu Disabled Persons Federation and the Gansu Library set up a reading room for the blind and people with visual impairment, purchasing volumes of Braille books, audio books as well as hearing-aid equipment. The reading room receives more than a thousand of blind visitors annually and has become known as the eyes of the blind. [Photo/Xinhua]
