Ten years: remembering SARS

Ten years have now passed since that fateful SARS outbreak. However, the fight against SARS to this day still remains very much alive in people's memories.  

The Chinese still cannot erase the memory of SARS in the spring of 2003. It caused a panic among all people nationwide. On April 20, 2003, a pharmacy dislayed the recommended preventive prescriptions and "masks arrival" on its electronic screen, reminding the public to take measures against SARS. [Photo/CFP]
