Staff members of the Chinese Marine Surveillance (CMS) carries out regular patrol operations in waters of Quanzhou, southeast China's Fujian Province, May 14, 2013. A Chinese marine surveillance team, involving 60 staff members from the Chinese Marine Surveillance (CMS) branches of the East China Sea and the Fujian province, has started regular patrol operations on more than 80 islands in Quanzhou waters.
