The annual Wings Over Houston Airshow kicked off at Ellington Airport of Houston, the United States, Oct. 26, 2013, with the absence of the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds air demonstration squadron due to the spending cuts of the U.S. Defense Department caused by the budget sequestration.
