North Korean top leader Kim Jung Un pays his respects to naval martyrs on Nov. 2 2013. Commanders and soldiers from the No. 233 Submarine of North Korea’s 790 Naval Force died during a mission in mid-October. Kim Jung Un, after receiving the report, identified the martyrs and ran a funeral for them.
