On January 1, 2014, people flock go to the Yonghe Temple for prayer. The temple freely hands out environment-friendly joss sticks, but prohibits people from bringing their own. As of 10:30 a.m. that same morning, 11,000 people entered the temple to burn incense and pray. [Photo/Sina]
