Editor's note: China Post issues a set of special stamps on Aug. 22 to mark the 110th anniversary of the birthday of the late Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping. The design of the stamps is based on paintings and photos which vividly demonstrate the styles and features of Deng Xiaoping in different historical periods. The designs include Deng's participation in the Baise Uprising, the Sixth Special Session of the United Nations General Assembly, the 12th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and the Inspection of Southern China. The total face value of the set of four commemorative stamps is 5.40 yuan.
