Editor's note: Wang Qi, a 24-year-old model from Hefei in east China’s Anhui Province, has a poor body image and thinks that breast enlargement will solve her problems. She chose to go under the knife in mid-July, 2015. She often declines lingerie modeling work because she feels inadequate for having small breasts. After qualifying for a bra modeling competition, she finally mustered up the courage to have breast augmentation surgery. “I’ll bear the consequences of my decision,” she says. “I want to live for myself.”
