Editor's note: As graduation season draws near in China, graduating students are celebrating in a variety of new and different ways. Some graduating students from the Qindao College of Qingdao University of Technology in Shandong Province recently displayed their talents by creating a long "picture scroll" on the Lovers' Dam of the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center. Composed of a large number of paintings, the picture scroll's theme is "the Maritime Silk Road that connects the East and the West while enhancing the exchange of economy, people and culture between countries along the road." The paintings have appealed to local people, who have called it a unique and outstanding piece of graduation artwork.
