A pair of barn owls have a tender moment as they share a kiss before snuggling together in the fork of a tree on Sept. 9, 2016. The birds stayed close to each other as they preened, kissed and flew together in Lea Marston, Warwickshire, England. But the barn owls who found a spot in the trees where they began showing their affection to each other by rubbing their heads and sharing a kiss are not lovers – they are sisters. The moment was captured by Leslie Arnott during a country event where he teaches people how to photograph static and flying birds of prey in Warwickshire, Britain. [Photo/VCG] |
