Editor's note: With their superb design and wonderful spectacle, two great bridges in Chongqing have drawn countless locals and tourists since it was put into use in December last year. The two footbridges, each being 23 meters long and four meters wide, are in parallel connecting two high buildings 68.5 meters high, turning a deep "chasm" into a thoroughfare. According to the construction company, the bridges are built of steel structures, with eight bearing steel cables fixed on each bridge and the building wall. Walking on the bridges, people feel as if they have entered into a magic city.
