A flock of pelicans perch in Lake Manyara National Park, Tanzania. Lake Manyara National Park is a Tanzanian national park located both in Arusha Region and Manyara Region. Lake Manyara National Park is a good spot for bird watching, as more than 500 bird species inhabit the park. The park is a corridor for the great migration of huge herds of mammals towards the north and the south. Lake Manyara became extremely popular after the publication of the book "Among the Elephants" by the famous English biologist Iain Douglas-Hamilton. [Photo by Xing Yihang/China.org.cn]
